Is Resumere free to use?
Creating an account and building a CV in the Resumere editor is free — no card, no trial, no subscription. Resumere is pay-per-use: you pay only at the point you export or generate a finished document, starting at £0.49 for a CV or cover-letter export.
How much does Resumere cost?
Resumere prices start at £0.49 for a CV or cover-letter export. AI tools cost £0.99–1.99 (AI cover letter £0.99, JD screening £0.99, AI CV writer £1.99). Expert human-delivered services run £9.99–99.99: Skills Gap Analysis £9.99, Expert CV Review £19.99, LinkedIn Optimisation £24.99, CV Writing Service £29.99, Done-For-You Applications £99.99.
Does Resumere have a subscription or monthly plan?
No. Resumere has no subscription, no monthly plan and no auto-renew — every price is one-time and shown before you confirm. That is the main structural difference from subscription CV builders such as Zety, Resume.io and Novoresume, where a short job search still bills you for whole months.
Are Resumere CVs ATS-friendly?
Yes. Every Resumere template uses single-column, machine-readable formatting with standard section headings, so Applicant Tracking Systems including Workday, Taleo, iCIMS and Greenhouse parse the job titles, dates and skills into the right fields. The AI also matches keywords from the job description you paste in.
Can Resumere tailor my CV to a specific job description?
Yes. Paste the job description into Resumere's JD Screening tool and it returns a match score plus the exact keywords you are missing, then rewrites your CV bullet points around them and generates a matching cover letter. JD Screening is £0.99 per run, so you can repeat it for every role you target.
What file formats does Resumere export?
Resumere exports CVs as PDF and DOCX, and cover letters as PDF. Both formats keep the single-column, ATS-readable layout, so the same file works for a job board upload, an agency submission and an email attachment without reformatting.
Does a real person ever review my CV, or is it only AI?
Both are available. The AI tools are self-serve, and Resumere also sells human-delivered services: Expert CV Review (£19.99) returns line-by-line feedback from an HR professional, and CV Writing Service (£29.99) has that professional implement the rewrite for you rather than leaving suggestions.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
Yes. If you are not happy with a paid Resumere service, tell us within 3 days and we will refund you — no forms and no awkward conversation. Because pricing is per-action rather than a subscription, there is also nothing to cancel afterwards.
Which countries and job markets does Resumere support?
Resumere serves the United Kingdom, India, the United States, Canada and Australia, across two sites: resumere.co.uk for the UK and global users (British spelling, the UK two-page CV convention, no photo or date of birth) and resumere.in for India (₹ pricing, Naukri uploads, fresher and campus-placement formats).
How does Resumere handle my data?
Resumere stores your CV content securely and uses it only to provide the service — it is never sold to third parties and is not used to build recruiter databases. You can delete your documents from your account at any time; the Privacy page sets out retention and processing in full.
