Refund & Cancellation

Resumere wants you to be happy with what you pay for. Resumere is pay-per-use: you are charged at the point you export a document, run an AI tool, or buy a human-delivered service. If a paid service does not work as it should, tell us within 3 days and we will make it right.

• A paid action that failed through a fault on our side — for example an export or AI generation you were charged for that did not produce a usable result.
• A duplicate or accidental charge for the same action.
• A human-delivered service (such as resume review, LinkedIn optimisation or resume writing) that has not yet been started, if you cancel before work begins.

• Credits or paid actions that were successfully delivered — for example a document you successfully exported or an AI draft that was generated.
• A human-delivered service that has already been completed, or is substantially in progress, except where the delivered work falls short of what was described.
• Promotional, bonus or free credits.

Email support@resumere.co.uk within 3 days of the charge with your account email, the date, and what went wrong. The more detail you give, the faster we can resolve it. You can also reach us from the Contact page.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the payment gateway that handled the charge (such as Razorpay or PayPal). Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Resumere has no subscription and no auto-renewal, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. For a human-delivered service, you can cancel for a refund before work begins (see above); once work is in progress, contact us and we will discuss a fair outcome for the stage reached.

If a payment fails but you were still charged, or you were charged twice, the gateway usually reverses it automatically within a few business days. If it does not, email support@resumere.co.uk and we will resolve it.
