How HR partners earn
Recruiters lose most of their time at the top of the funnel — sourcing, screening and chasing candidates whose resumes don't reflect reality. The network removes that grunt work. Candidates from partner universities arrive pre-screened: ATS-ready resumes, JD match scores, and optional expert human review. You match them to the roles you're hiring for — your own clients' openings or roles shared on the network — and when a placement completes, you're paid for it. Payout rates depend on role level and are shared during onboarding; freelance recruiters, agency recruiters and in-house HR professionals can all participate.

- Agency recruiters, independent/freelance recruiters, and HR professionals with hiring experience. Every applicant is verified before getting network access.
- 3When is the payout released?
- After the placed candidate joins and completes the agreed verification period — the same protection clients expect, applied consistently across the network.

- No. You can keep running your own desk, clients and other platforms. The network is an additional pool of pre-screened candidates and an additional earning stream.
